Getting Started

Everyone begins with a free, “Discovery Visit,” to get introduced to each other and discuss how we may be able to help you. If you decide we are a good fit, we will set up the next steps together.

One-on-One Sessions

We offer personalized sessions for physical therapy, fitness or sports performance training, and recovery appointments. We have 30-minute, 60-minute, and/or pre-recorded plans. One-on-one services are offered virtually or in-person (we come to you). You are able to switch between services at any time because we know sometimes you may be recovering from an injury, other times training for a big competition, or you may need a recovery session to give your body a little TLC.

  • Physical Therapy

    We use personalized, movement-based, hands-on care to help you address your current movement limitations. We don’t only look at the area you are experiencing pain or difficulty with, but how the whole body and life experience is connected. Together, we work to improve your daily performance and develop skills to build better understanding of your body, belief in yourself, and resilience in what you are working toward.

  • Recovery Sessions

    These sessions are designed to promote muscular and neuromuscular recovery through manual and massage techniques, dry needling, cupping, lymphatic work, exercise, taping, and more. Learning to manage the stress (physical, mental, emotional) placed on the body can improve your ability to perform, recover, and progress.

  • Fitness & Performance Training

    The impact training has on performance potential is exciting and life-changing. Whether you are a young athlete competing in sports or an aging athlete wanting to continue to live a life of vitality, we will work with you. Our knowledge in training and rehabilitation allows us to build person- and sport-specific programs that keep you balanced and working toward your goals.

Partner Sessions

Our partner sessions operate in a two-clients to one coach manner. For 60 minutes, you and a partner, friend, family member, co-worker, etc. can have a session specific to you both. We offer these sessions in-person or virtually for fitness and performance training services.

Small Group Classes

Small group classes are built for you and your group! We work with teams, organizations, companies, and friends/families to make a training program that meets your needs. These sessions can be off-site at the location of your choice (we provide the equipment) or they can be held virtually. Let us know how we can help your crew!

Pre-Recorded Packages

Monthly Programs

  • You will receive 3 different sessions per week for 4 weeks.

  • Our app will have videos for your workouts and can be used for accountability.

  • Access the materials for the month you are signed up for.

  • You can reach out to our team any time if you have questions or need modifications.

Workshops

  • Educational series or training sessions on specific topics.

  • We offer online and in-person workshops. Our online workshops are available year-round.

  • You have lifetime access to all online workshops.

  • We currently offer workshops for runners, female athletes, prenatal training, postnatal recovery, birth prep, and baby and mommy workouts. Contact us to learn more!
