This attachment summarizes all our services and pricing. Please contact us if you have further questions. We are dedicated to finding what works for you, even if that is helping you find another practitioner or group elsewhere.
Do you accept insurance?
We are direct care providers for all insurance companies. We do not accept insurance, but flexible spending and health savings accounts can be used for physical therapy services. We chose this model to have less restrictions from insurance, yielding better relationships and results. Learn more here.
I am ready to schedule my free discovery call, how do I do that?
We are excited you are ready to take the next steps! To schedule the session, fill out this form or call us directly at 401-227-0094. The discovery session will take place as a phone or video call.
Do I need a referral for physical therapy?
You do not need a referral to start physical therapy in most cases. In Rhode Island, if physical therapy is needed after a 90-day period, you are required to obtain a prescription from your physician to continue. Massachusetts does not require physician referral.
Do you offer services off-site?
Yes! We offer services virtually or we will come to you for an in-person session. When we visit you off-site, we will bring the equipment and materials necessary to complete our visit’s goals. There is a small travel cost for off-site visits based on mileage from our office.
Can I use multiple services at once?
Absolutely! We know health and performance occurs along a spectrum and is an integration of all the wellness domains. Sometimes we need to tend to one area more than another or want to work on several aspects at once. We will work together to create the experience you need.
