In life, we face highs, lows, and everything in between. I had the opportunity to be a Division 1 athlete, but have also struggled with injury and illness, giving me a great appreciation that the journey of recovery and growth is rarely linear. We all need and deserve to have a team there for us every step of the way. Each of our roads have their own twists, turns, challenges, and destinations, but together we can help build a life and community of health and wellness.

Tactical Athletes
Tactical athletes (law enforcement, military, and rescue professions) require unique physical training and recovery strategies to optimize occupational performance. These athletes not only have to be physically prepared for their job demands, but they must manage the additional stressors associated with their unusual and unpredictable conditions. We offer training, fueling, stress management, and injury recovery services to develop tools and support to thrive.
Athletic Development
Our team has extensive experience working with athletes at all levels in a wide array of sports on both the injury recovery and performance training sides of the spectrum. We are privy to the demands of being a well-rounded athlete and understand how fueling, training, and recovery skills can be game changers in performance, longevity, and health. We understand not all sports, sporting cultures, or athletes are the same and should not be treated or trained as such.
Women’s Health
We have specialized training to work alongside young adults, those pregnant and postpartum, and peri- through postmenopausal women. Understanding hormonal health, improving physical performance, addressing nutritional misconceptions, developing stress management strategies, and caring for pelvic health (sex, incontinence, prolapse, etc.) is life changing.
